I scream, you scream, we all scream when I forget what I'm doing

OH HELP. 

I remember drawing this, I spent ages on it (THE DETAIL!!) but I can't for the life of me remember the joke behind it. It's bound to be a pun, because, well... I drew it, and I know for certain it's not 'Dairy Queen' because that's just not funny. 

So, if you chaps could help me out and post any royalty/dairy-related puns in the comments, perhaps we can figure out why I so royally wasted my time.
